I have worked in the financial industry for over a decade as the operations manager of a top tier wealth management firm.  I have had the greatest responsibility and pleasure to be able to help build an operational system that allowed for intentional growth, building staff communication, and operational efficiencies. 

Marrying all of these together I found joy in the creativity and planning of systems that allowed staff and clients to give & receive exceptional service!

I found that working towards bridging the gap between efficiency and client experience brought about change amongst my colleagues and the client experience.  It also has allowed for space to pivot as needed within our industry as new technologies and regulations became available.
